Primrose Flat is a self-contained, centrally heated, ground floor apartment with one double bedroom and has its own private entrance from the main house. A portable bed can be provided for the lounge if necessary.
There is a spacious lounge with dining table, large sofa, and colour TV and video. There is also a kitchenette with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Tea, coffee and kitchen rolls are provided as standard.
A separate bedroom has a double bed with TV. The bathroom has a shower with constant hot water, toilet and wash basin. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Enjoy the surroundings in the ‘Garden of Eden’ where your comfort is assured and where guests receive their personal attention at all times. Relaxing holidays, short breaks, mid-week and over night bookings are acceptable with nightly rates starting at £60 to £70 and weekly rates at £220 to £380.
The Flat can be let nightly for families with children or pets for £60-£80 with continental breakfast provided in the fridge.
Private off-street parking is available and there is access to one acre of garden/woodland, which is lovely for dogs. There is also a patio set for dining out on the terrace during those lovely summer days.
There is a restaurant within a two minute walk, offering all day breakfasts and good food. There are also two lovely village pubs, both serving food.
