The kitchen is fully inclusive of all equipment and includes complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and WIFI throughout.

The bathroom is a newly designed wet room with altro non slip flooring and grab rails, thermostatic shower, loo and wash basin.
A spacious lounge/diner has a large leather sofa,dining table and flat screen tv with dvd. All bed linen and towels are inclusive and a Continental breakfast can be ordered for the fridge i.e.cereals, bread, butter, yoghurts, milk and fruit.

Private off-street parking is available and there is access to one acre of garden/woodland, which is lovely for dogs. There is also a patio set for dining out on the terrace during those lovely summer days.

There is a restaurant within a two minute walk, offering all day breakfasts and good food. There are also two lovely village pubs, both serving food and take aways.
