Tebay is in a prime location for the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales situated halfway between Penrith and Kendal, approximately a fifteen minute drive to either.
The bungalow is detached and sits in one acre of private garden, edged with pine trees and lawns and bordered by a small stream. It has its own drive and private off-road parking adjacent to the bungalow.

There are lovely views of the Lakeland fells from each window and whilst close to the M6 it is remarkably peaceful.
Picture: Primrose lodge kitchen area Primrose Lodge is an excellent stopover or superb holiday venue for both short and long stays for a disabled person alone, or with their family.

The kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped including fridge, microwave and freezer. It is spacious and there is a lower work top surface suitable for wheelchair users.
Within the Lodge there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded room with private bathroom especially designed for the disabled. The shower is wheel-in and has plenty of transfer space.

All rooms have electric heating, colour television, bed linen and towels are included. The bungalow has a fire alarm system, which unfortunately prevents smoking inside the building.		 Picture: Primrose lodge bathroom

There is a lovely lounge with French windows leading onto a balcony, which overlooks the garden. There are two settees, one of which is a bed settee to accommodate two extra people if required.

In the lounge there is a large television and video and you will also find a television in each bedroom.
Private parking is within the garden and close to the bungalow for unloading and security. Pets are welcome as are well-behaved owners! Children can be catered for with highchair and travel cot provided.

Prices range from £250 to £420 per week and daily and weekend/midweek rates are available. Overnight rates from £90 - £120 per night.
